Beauty & You is Estée Lauder’s awards platform for young entrepreneurs in India—built to spotlight a new generation of founders and the ideas shaping what’s next.

I led the design direction and website design, translating the programme’s authority and energy into a modern, editorial experience. From the visual language and component system to the end-to-end user journey, the site balances storytelling with clear programme information and calls to action—designed to scale while keeping the winners and their work at the centre.
